Dr. Carol Logan Patitu is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Leadership Studies in Education and Organizations and Director of the Student Affairs in Higher Education Master’s program and the Sports Management Certificate program. She has worked at WSU since 2012. Dr. Patitu’s research interests include student development and students’ learning experiences, issues and concerns of minority students, and minority and women faculty in higher education.

Prior to working at WSU, she was a professor and associate dean of the College of Education at Northern Illinois University. She earned her Ph.D. in educational administration and supervision with an emphasis in higher education from Bowling Green State University.
