Caitlin serves as administrative assistant, chief houseplant collector, and resident ferret enthusiast in the College of Liberal Arts Dean's Office, and somehow also manages to assist in organizing ArtsGala. She received her Bachelor's in History from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL. Her employment history post-graduation includes a few jobs having nothing to do with liberal arts, such as driving for a medical transportation company, and working for a wholesale reptile breeder, both of which involved colorful experiences with all sorts of people (and animals). Prior to landing at Wright State, she held the position of Local History Librarian in the Greene County Public Library's history and genealogy department. This was slightly incongruous with her background on account of not being a local--she was born in California as a Navy brat, later growing up in Illinois--but she learned enough about the area to sound well-informed and can tell you anything that you may or may not want to know about Greene County, OH. Since she lacks the self-discipline to work out in gyms, she bikes 13 miles to Wright State from Xenia. In whatever free time she finds, she enjoys photography, gardening, drawing, gaming, snuggling her ferret, and doting on her Ford Ranger.
