Charles Allbery is an attorney in private practice with the firm Allbery Cross Fogarty in Dayton, Ohio. Allbery Cross Fogarty was established in 1955 and has engaged in the practice of law for clients desiring representation in a wide range of matters, but having a concentration in real estate, small business, estate planning and civil litigation.
