William Harchick, CPM

 

Bill is currently the Associate Director of Administration and Support.  He is responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and coordinating the efficient delivery of NCMR training programs. Furthermore, he ensures prudent financial management systems and process are applied and to facilitate sound business decisions by providing timely, relevant and accurate financial advice to the management team. 

Prior to this role, Bill served as the Chief, Budget and Finance and the Associate Director for Operations for the National Center for Medical Readiness.  He was responsible for the day to day execution and monitoring of the centers budget to include expenditure analysis and revenue monitoring.  He also provided oversight on the day-to-day functions of the center and coordinated future initiatives; specifically training programs, exercises, and other site utilizations to achieve operational excellence

A Retired Air Force Master Sergeant who brings over 22 years of experience working in the Air Force medical corps with a majority of that time spent in the Emergency Services Flight.  As Flight Superintendent, he was responsible for leading and managing the assigned enlisted force/medics in their Air Force Specialty.  He deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom where he provided medical care/support to U.S. and Coalition forces. 

Bill joined the Center in 2006; is married, enjoys golfing, and spending time with his family, especially his first grandchild Cameron.
