Dr. Adrianne L. Johnson is a Counselor Educator since 2007, and a clinical mental health counselor in private practice. She has 31 publications and 25 international presentations on the topics of counseling, social justice, and education. She serves as the Executive Editor of the Journal of Counselor Practice since 2018. She maintains four professional memberships, and has served as chair on several branch division and ACA committees and taskforces. She currently serves on the ACA Professional Advocacy Training Taskforce and the Counselors for Social Justice Curriculum Taskforce. She was nominated for the OCA Counselor Educator Advocacy Award in 2018, and the Professional Leadership Award in 2019 for her advocacy as OCA President during the 2018-2019 year. She was awarded the ACA National Branch Advocacy Award in 2019.
