Alycia Ketter, MS, SAS-AP, is the Pre-Health Program Manager at Wright State University’s Center for Health Professions. With over 18 years of experience across healthcare, higher education, and the performing arts, she brings a systems-minded, student-first approach to leadership, program development, and mentorship. At Wright State, she leads the Pre-Health Professional Program and Medical Scholars Program, supporting students from admission through graduation through tailored advising, developmental programming, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Ms. Ketter holds a Master of Science in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the Boonshoft School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management with a minor in Human Resource Management from Wilmington University in New Castle, Delaware. She is certified as a Situation Awareness Specialist–Advanced Practitioner and is currently pursuing her Ed.D. in Organizational Studies at Wright State, with research interests in leadership communication and mentorship in complex systems.

She contributes to a number of university-wide student success initiatives, including the development of mentorship networks, expanded academic support services, and joint programming between the Center for Health Professions, College of Science and Mathematics, and Boonshoft School of Medicine. Her goal is to build bridges between academic, clinical, and community partners, with an emphasis on practical support, personal growth, and workforce readiness.

Outside of her university role, Ketter serves as Vice President of the Miami Valley Dance Teachers Association, a nonprofit organization supporting regional dance educators and students through convention planning, curriculum development, and advocacy. She is also the co-owner and program director of a local dance studio, where she leads staff development and oversees award-winning youth programs.

She is published in the International Journal of Clinical Medicine for her work on recruitment and retention in clinical trials and is an advocate and speaker on student engagement, mentorship, and clinical research recruitment. Whether in the classroom, clinic, or community, she is driven by a passion for connecting people, programs, and purpose.
