Dr. Jeffers is a pediatric hospitalist at Dayton Children's Hospital and is the Associate Director of Pediatric Medical Student Education at Boonshoft School of Medicine.  She has a special interest in the Pediatric Advanced Doctoring acting internships and electives, as well as assisting students with the pediatric residency application and interview process. Dr. Jeffers is the Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellowship Program Director at WSU BSOM and Dayton Children's Hospital.  Her scholarly work focuses on medical education and pediatric inpatient quality improvement science.
