Dr. Nepal is an Associate Professor of Medical Education at Boonshoft School of Medicine (BSOM). He teaches Microbiology to Medical Students and also serves as a Director of Academic Support Team (AST).

Prior to joining BSOM in 2022, he served as a faculty of Microbiology and Immunology at Chitwan Medical College Teaching Hospital, Nepal and then at Trinity Medical Sciences University, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. He has a great experience in teaching integrated organ/system-based curriculum as well as subject-based curriculum in large and small classroom settings involving traditional as well as innovative instructional strategies. He has received multiple teaching awards from his students.
