Kelly is an instructor in the Department of Leadership Studies. Prior to Wright State, she taught public speaking, business communication, intercultural communication, oral communication, business writing, and effective communication at various institutions. She has been in the training and development field for over 16 years creating new hire training curriculums, facilitating workshops, and developing training materials for in-person and online learning. Also, she consults with clients on presentation skills, career development, team building, communication skills, and is Myers-Briggs and DDI certified. She has a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from Ohio University and a Master of Education in Human Resource Development from Xavier University.
