The Human Resources Operations Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for HR Operations functions. This position manages the HR Operations team to accurately enter transactional and related data into the Banner system that drives payroll production each pay period, implements and maintains any new system modifications, prepares reports and provides data integrity. This position works closely with other HR professionals, IT, Payroll and Budget and every day users to articulate processes and procedures and identify and resolves issues.
