Mark Gebhart, M.D., C.P.M., F.A.A.E.M., completed his undergraduate studies at Wright State University, earning a bachelor of arts in biological sciences. He earned his doctorate of medicine at Wright state University in 1997. He also completed his residency and served as chief resident in the integrated residency in emergency medicine at Wright State. Dr. Gebhart is a certified project manager. He is also a diplomat at the American Board of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Gebhart founded The National Center for Medical Readiness (NCMR) and served as its first director. While at WSU, he also designed and developed curriculum for the concentration in emergency preparedness at the WSU Master in Public Health Program and his work led to him being the initial director of the Ohio Center of Excellence in Bio-Health at WSU.
