Mia Honaker is a dedicated leader, mentor, and advocate with over 30 years of experience in higher education, specializing in community engagement, leadership development, and program coordination. As the Coordinator of Inclusive Excellence Operations at Wright State University, she designs initiatives that foster collaboration, personal growth, and belonging. A proud Wright State alum, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and is pursuing a Master of Science in Leadership Development. She has served as a founding Commissioner for the Culture and Diversity Citizen Action Commission in the City of Huber Heights, Ohio, and actively contributes to leadership roles, including Wright State’s Staff Senate and the Asian American Council of Dayton.
