Areas of interest include health psychology, pain managment, sports psychology, women's issues specifically related to women's infertility adoption, child assessment, child and family intervention, and counseling with children, adolescents, young adults, and families in an outpatient setting. Training in utilizing Play Therapy techniques and specializes in a health emphasis on the mind-body connection. Clinical experience in conducting individual, family, and group with children who were living with a life-altering disorder such as cancer and approaching clients from a humanistic perspective integrating the mind, body, and spirit into treatment perspectives. Member of the American Psychological Association and training to become certified as a Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) provider.
